The aim of this training course is to train and completely enable 26 volunteers and youth workers to plan, implement and evaluate international volunteer projects. There will be different workshops on leadership, communication, team building, project management, etc.
The training will git you not only the chance to learn to plan and hold a camp, but how to organize an event!
It will give you interesting hints on how to communicate, how to establish the team and how to keep it, how to react in a difficult situation.
